A place to Come back to who you are through connection, movement and slowing down.
About Emma and Fiadhaich Yoga
Fiadhaich Yoga is Scots Gaelic for Wild Yoga. I chose this name to not only connect back to my heritage and roots but to bring that essence of nature back to those I teach.
I have a passion for being able to support and guide others to connect back to themselves and their bodies. Through yoga and spiritual practices I want to create inclusive and safe spaces for others to feel comfortable and supported. My aim is to give back to you with the practices that have supported me so much throughout my life!
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for over 2 years. I professionally trained as a 200 hour yoga teacher (RYS 200) with Yoga London and have also completed CPD training in Yin Yoga and Alchemy of Touch with Laura Green.
I am Usui Reiki II trained with IPHM recognition and have been using Reiki in my life for the last 2 years.
I can't wait to adventure with you all!

Reiki
Book a 1-1 Reiki session with Emma. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that involves the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or above the client's body. Reiki helps to channel a universal life force energy, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Sessions can be tech free distance or in person.

The yin sessions with Emma are transformative. I've done a few yin classes but never been given the option to do a post pose after a long yin pose and I love it. I also love the oils used at the end. Highly recommend.

Reviews
I love coming to Women's Circle. Emma creates a very beautiful, safe, relaxing space to enable you to deep dive into your feelings, write them in a journal or say whatever you'd like to get off your chest. It's a chance to take time out of the busy world and relax in the company of understanding and kindness.

Emma's yoga sessions always feel like a safe space where you can practice yoga in the way that works for you, with no pressure to be in the perfect pose or push yourself to your limits. It's all about getting from the session what you need. I can arrive at a class feeling really overwhelmed and stressed and then leave feeling with a new sense of calm and purpose. I would highly recommend fiadhaich yoga to anyone from beginners to experienced as Emma will always support you to find the right level for you.
